We think (and hope) that you will like our services, but if you do not, you may request a refund by contacting our Billing department.


Web Hosting

You may request a full refund for your hosting service no more than 14 calendar days after service activation.

You are responsible for downloading a backup of all of your files, databases, emails, and any other important information stored in your hosting account before requesting your refund.



Portfolio Place

If you are not 100% satisfied with Portfolio Place, we will provide a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date. To receive your refund, submit a cancellation request from our website within 14 days of ordering Portfolio Place.

This Money-Back Guarantee only applies to new clients and their license for Portfolio Place, excluding addons and services. Any addons or services provided by third parties are not covered under this guarantee, even if we offer/sell these addons or services. Any domains registered or transferred while signing up for Portfolio Place are also ineligible for our Money-Back Guarantee.

A new client will not have the following in our records: Portfolio Place being used on the same domain or signing up for Portfolio Place under the same name. If one or both of these are true for you, you are ineligible for our Money-Back Guarantee.


Portfolio Place Addons/Services

Any purchases of addons or services Oznorts provides for Portfolio Place are non-refundable. All sales are final.


SSL Certificates

You may request a full refund for any SSL Certificate no more than 30 calendar days after purchase.


Weebly

You may request a full refund for any Weebly product no more than 30 calendar days after purchase. Downgrades are possible, but credits or refunds are not given for downgrades.


SpamExperts

You may request a full refund for any SpamExperts service no more than 5 calendar days after purchase.


SiteLock

You may request a full refund for any SiteLock service no more than 5 calendar days after purchase.


CodeGuard

You may request a full refund for any CodeGuard service no more than 5 calendar days after purchase.


G Suite

All G Suite sales are final and non-refundable.


Uptime Monitoring

All uptime monitoring sales are final and non-refundable.


WHMCS Modules

All WHMCS module sales are final and non-refundable.


Domains

Domain registration, transfer, and renewal sales are final and non-refundable. ID Protection purchaes are also final and non-refundable.


Invoices For anything else

Invoice payments are refundable on a case-by-case basis by contacting our Billing department.

Overpayments will be applied as credit to your account.

If you believe there is an error with your invoice, invoice payment, or something else related to your invoice, please contact our Billing department.


Credits/Funds

Any credit/fund deposits are non-refundable.

Credits/funds will automatically be applied to invoices.


Payment Methods

If you paid with PayPal or your credit/debit card, we will refund the amount to your original payment method OR if you’d like, apply it as a credit to your account. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If you paid via check or cash, the refund amount will be applied as credit to your account.


Refund Payment Methods

PayPal

Due to PayPal restrictions, we may only process PayPal refunds up to 60 days after payment. After the 60 days is up, we may, on a case-by-case basis, provide refunds as a credit to your account.


Credit/Debit Card Not through PayPal

There are no restrictions to regular credit/debit card payments.


Merchandise

All Oznorts Merch sales are final and non-refundable. If your merch arrives damaged, we will, on a case-by-case basis, work with you to find a solution for your problem.


Returns Other, Non-Electronic Products

For non-electrnic products, the item must be in the same conditions that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds Other, Non-Electronic Products

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If you return is approved, we will initiate a refund according to the Payment Methods section (above) in this policy.


Shipping Non-Electronic Products

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
